“464 Prospect” is a luxury landmark residence of townhomes and penthouses in La Jolla. Internationally recognized as a prestigious property, it offers homeowners unparalleled views with five star amenities. I was honored to design the interiors for the common areas and models. I also designed individual residences.

The original Scripps hospital, a historical landmark, provides the main structure of “464 Prospect.” While preserving the property’s architectural integrity, I introduced modern refinements and luxury to fulfill the expectations of its global clientele.
